About the Contact Centre Partnership
To promote the contact centre as a ‘career of choice’. As the trend for re-shoring continues, the partnership aims to support the continued growth of the sector by ensuring a healthy talent pipeline to match demand.
Our mission is to reach and communicate with our future workforce, and those who influence their career making decisions, to promote contact centre careers.
By putting the spotlight on the people, job roles and career opportunities this sector provides, we can highlight the sector to those who may not have previously considered it as a ‘career’.
We believe the most effective way to maximise our reach and ensure genuine people diversity in the sector is by using the power of social media.
CCP have dedicated pages on Facebook and Twitter that provide a unique platform for contact centres, regardless of industry to share positive stories.
We rely on the support of those working in the sector to become ambassadors. Our ambassadors act as an advocate both internally and externally to champion contact centre careers.
There is so much happening in contact centres that only those that work in one will know; inclusive culture, reward, career options, employee engagement and wellbeing activities, not to mention the charitable and CSR work.
Our ambassadors encourage colleagues to share pictures, videos and stories from their workplaces that inspire and attract future talent. *
Long term, we plan to engage with local job centres, training providers, schools, colleges, the community and charitable organisations to help us reach a wider audience and attract a diverse range of returners to work, over 50’s and veterans to the sector.
greenbean is proud to lead and manage the Contact Centre Partnership as part of our ongoing commitment to our contact centre clients and the wider contact centre industry.
* CCP has been created purely to raise awareness as part of a long-term strategy to highlight contact centre careers and is not a vehicle to promote jobs for individual companies.
