Call Centre Management Association
We are delighted to announce that the new CEO of the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA) will join the start of our virtual best practice meeting on Monday 29th June at 11am. Leigh will share her journey with the CCMA, plans for the future of the organisation, and views on how the industry is responding to the coronavirus pandemic.
Leigh has been working in the contact centre industry for over 17 years and has been the Marketing Strategy and Brand Director at the CCMA since 2013. She has held leadership roles in membership organisations and still sits on the Board of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

North East Contact Centre Awards 2020 – Webinar
To support contact centres with their entries this year, the organisers have arranged a webinar on 25 June. The session will run from 2.00pm until 3.15pm and is an ideal opportunity to find out more about the categories and criteria this year, as well as hearing from the judges on what they’ll be looking for in your nominations.
