North East Contact Centre Partnership
The North East Contact Centre Partnership (NECCP) is a collaboration between the public and private sectors, backed by the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA).
This is an industry led initiative, relying on voluntary in-kind support from role models within the industry.
We aim to support the continued growth of the North East Contact Centre sector by ensuring we have a future talent pipeline to match demand.
We believe the most effective way to reach our future workforce, and those who influence their career making decisions is through the power of social media.
We have dedicated pages on Facebook & Twitter and encourage those working in the sector to like/share our NECCP page as well as inviting you to post good news stories, blogs, memes, videos, wellbeing and CSR activities to the page which showcase the sector in a positive light.*
Long term, we plan to engage with local job centres, training providers, schools, colleges, the community and charitable organisations to help us reach a wider audience and attract a diverse range of returners to work, over 50’s and veterans to the sector.
