Contact Centre Partnership

The Contact Centre Partnership (CCP) is a collaboration between the public and private sectors backed by the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA).

CCP was founded in the North East of England by Julie Mordue, Client Relationship Manager at greenbean. Julie is a well-respected contact centre specialist with several years’ experience judging for multiple industry awards programmes including the North East, UK and European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards and she also runs the North East’s only contact centre networking group.

After a successful pilot in the North East, CCP is expanding into other regions that have a high concentration of contact centres.

CCP is the only independent industry led initiative that unites the sector to promote contact centre careers- with no membership fees.
