You’ll be negotiating payment with insurance companies and helping recover costs.
Due to the nature of the role, you need to be resilient and able to have regular challenging conversations to ensure the best end result for our customers.
You receive 4 weeks training in order to help you fulfil the role to the best of your abilities.
Salary for this position is £17,150 up to £18,637 per annum, plus monthly performance related bonus OTE £21,000 pa. You will also receive a fantastic benefits package and lots of opportunities for career progression.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm. This department rarely works weekend and if they do it tends to be only once every three months.

Have the ability to use office based IT systems and phones on a daily basis.

To be responsible for receiving incoming calls from internal and external customers
Identifying the purpose of the call and ensuring the call is then directed to the correct department
First point of contact for customers therefore responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Recording all information accurately so it can be shared with all appropriate departments.
