To be responsible for receiving incoming calls from internal and external customers
Identifying the purpose of the call and ensuring the call is then directed to the correct department
First point of contact for customers therefore responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Recording all information accurately so it can be shared with all appropriate departments.

We have some exciting new roles available in the Collections department of a leading brand within the motor claims industry!
You’ll be negotiating payment with insurance companies. Due to the nature of the role, you need to have worked in an environment in which you’ve had to fact find and negotiate with customers such as B2B sales or Collections.
Salary will be from £16,250 per annum with one years' experience plus performance related bonus. You’ll also receive a fantastic benefits package and lots of opportunities for career progression.
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. This department rarely works weekends and if they do it tends to only be once every three months!

We are looking to recruit full time Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis to join our client based in the motor claims industry. This is a highly customer focus role where you will be using your questioning and decision making skills throughout the call to ascertain who was at fault. You will be dealing with customers who have been involved in a road traffic accident and proving support through their time of need. Empathising and supporting the customer throughout the whole process
Strong listening and questioning skills
Confident using a P.C and in-house systems
Previous experience of working in a customer service environment

Remaining a high level of professionalism
Decision and evaluative skills
You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern. You must be flexible between the hours of 7am-9:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am- 8:30pm on a weekend. Your shift patterns will include working occasional weekends.
